How long will it take to receive my order? Because we curate unique, romantic gifts from partners worldwide, shipping times vary based on the item. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes between 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Why did I receive only part of my order? To ensure you get the best selection of gifts, we work with multiple suppliers. If you purchased several different items, they may be shipped separately to get them to you as quickly as possible. Don't worry—you will receive separate tracking updates for each package!
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can use this link to follow your gift’s journey to your door.

How can I change or cancel my order? We aim to get your orders to you as fast as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please Contact Us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the item is likely already in the fulfillment process and cannot be modified.
