1. Shipping Overview
At Soft Sentiments, we want to ensure your romantic gifts reach their destination safely and efficiently. We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
2. Shipping Rates
We offer a simple, predictable shipping rate for all orders:
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.95 applies to all orders.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Because we partner with a variety of specialized suppliers to bring you the best romantic gifts, shipping times may vary based on the item purchased.
Order Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and for our suppliers to prepare it for shipment.
Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, most orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
Note: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your gift's journey to its destination.
4. Shipping Limitations
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Multiple Shipments: Since we work with multiple suppliers, if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please Contact Us.
