1. Our Commitment

At Soft Sentiments, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we partner with specialized suppliers to curate unique gifts, please review our return guidelines below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and certain personalized items cannot be returned.

3. The Return Process

Since we ship directly from our suppliers, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original address on the package without contacting us first.

  1. Contact Us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If the return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in selecting our suppliers, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
